Returns, exchange, cancellations 
By placing an order on Moachim atelier’s website, you are agreeing to the Refund Policy. 

All sales are final. No order cancellations after order is placed online. Except if you mistakenly ordered two same items and would like to cancel one of them, please contact Moachim atelier within 24 hours via email (moachimatelier@gmail.com) Thank you for your understanding.
There are no returns or exchanges on any jewelry pieces after receiving them. It’s for hygiene purposes. Please handle your pieces with care because clay is not indestructible. It’s not built to put extreme pressure on it. Gold filled and sterling silver wires will last for a long time with the proper care.
Please ensure you inspect your parcel upon its arrival. If there are any issues with your order, please contact me within 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since the date your order was marked delivered, unfortunately Moachim Atelier will be unable to assist further.
If there’s a damage within 14 days of receiving your order, repair is possible. You are responsible for additional shipping expenses.

Moachim Atelier 
is not responsible for custom duties charges, and will not refund item(s) returned to due to unaccepted, undelivered or any other reasons unless otherwise agreed with Moachim Atelier in advance.
Processing
At the moment, Moachim atelier is a one person team. Please allow 4-6 weeks for “PreOrders” and 3-5 business days for “ready to ship”. 3-4 weeks for “Made to Orders”
This DOES NOT include the shipping time.
Shipping
Moachim Atelier ship worldwide. The shipping method is fast. The estimated days are:
5-10 business days for USA/CANADA/UK.
2-5 business days for Europe.
Rest of the world 10-21 business days.
These are estimated days. Moachim atelier can not guarantee that such estimated days will be met due to many unexpected factors for example natural disasters, holidays, postal delays, and custom clearances.
Once the packages are shipped by the mail carrier, they are no longer in my hands. So Moachim atelier can’t take responsibility for packages that are damaged, stolen, or lost in transit. If something like that ever happens, please contact your local post office. Moachim atelier can also attempt to track the package or make a claim for you.
Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order. Moachim Atelier is not responsible for orders that do not arrive due to incorrect shipping information being provided by the customer at checkout.

If your order is returned to Moachim Atelier, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the additional shipping expense. If your order is attempted delivery, and the shipping carrier is unable to contact you, Moachim Atelier will send you notifications via email/message. If you do not reply to these emails and messages, and do not take action to claim your package, Moachim Atelier will not be responsible for that. If the package returned to Moachim Atelier, It will ship back to you again but you’ll be responsible to pay for the extra shipping cost since the shipment cost has been paid to the postal service, and is not eligible for refund. Please keep an eye on your tracking information, and ensure you have provided all the correct contact details at checkout. Unclaimed packages are not eligible for replacement or refund by Moachim Atelier. Note that Moachim Atelier is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages. 

 If your order has been marked delivered, please contact the postal service it was delivered with to find out its whereabouts. If they are unable to provide further information, Moachim atelier can attempt to reach out on your behalf. Please note this process can take 3-7 business days.
